Derek JamesCOOPEROn Sunday 5th February 2023 Derek passed away peacefully at The Royal Blackburn Hospital aged 79 years. Derek was born in Birmingham but later moved to Church, Accrington as a young lad. Derek leaves behind his nephew John, his cousin Brenda and many friends. Derek ran a steam cleaning company in Church, he was also a keen mechanic who would repair any cars that he had, including his well loved camper vans. Derek also liked a pint with the lads. The funeral will take place on Friday 24th February 2023 at Accrington Crematorium at 10.20am. Donations can be made in Derek's memory to Cat Friends of Hyndburn c/o Wolstenholme Funeral Directors
