Peacefully in a Nursing Home, aged 65 years and of Llwyn Aled, Holywell.
A beloved son, husband, father, grandad, brother, uncle and friend to many.
Funeral Service will be held at St. James' Church, Holywell on Wednesday, 5th November at 11:00am, followed by interment at Holywell Town Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations in memory of Jeff will be gratefully accepted towards Moel Famau Donkeys via the offertory plates at Church.
