Tracy you reached out to me when I needed someone, and I did to you not long after with your diagnosis,we traded hospital gossip and results but you were always there. My god I only wish you had let know we're in need. Your a beautiful soul and always have been from being young, your family were your life who you loved whole heartedly and we're so proud of. As for Simon the love was there for all to see just how much he meant to you. Life was never about you it was your kids, Simon and your gran babies.They will never not know about the love you had for them and they will have memories ingrained in there memory. You back with your Dad Silva back in his arms where he will keep you safe untill your back in Simon's arm. RIP beautiful Lady 💔
