CarolineYOUNGWe sadly announce the passing of a very special Daughter, Sister, Aunty and woman, Caroline Young.
She fought her whole life against her disabilities with spirit and humour until the very end. Now reunited once more with our beloved Mum.
Funeral service to be held at Plymouth Crematorium at The Park, Ceremony Room 1 on Friday 4th July at 1pm. No floral tributes please but colourful clothing essential. Donations would be gratefully accepted for Two Trees Caring Home, Plymouth. A fantastic, loving, special place that cared for Caroline until the very end.
