Passed away peacefully at Fairfield Nursing Home.
Devoted husband to Sylvia. Beloved Dad of Julie and Son in-law Huw. Adoring Pappa to Seren and Connor. Loved and missed by all who knew him. Always in our hearts.
Funeral Service is to be held on Thursday 8th February 2024 at Landican Crematorium South Chapel at 3.30pm.
Family flowers only please but donations may be sent in memory of Jack for St Peters Church Thursdays Together (Heswall PCC). A collection will also be available on the day.
