Peacefully in hospital with her loving family by her side on 11th May. Aged 75 years. Jacquie (nee Mock).
Dearly loved Mam of Gary. A dear Nana of Rebecca and Dean and a much-loved Great Nana. Also, a dear Partner of Dave. Jacquie will be dearly missed.
Cremation at the West Road Crematorium on Thursday 22nd May at 2.00pm. All welcome back to the Blakelaw Club for refreshments.
