Sandra, Karen and Jane would like to thank all relatives, friends and work colleagues for all the cards, letters, floral tributes and donations received during their sad loss of John. Thanks also to the doctors and nursing staff of the Critical Care Unit, Ward 18 Royal Victoria Hospital for the exceptional care and support they gave to John in his final weeks.
