Service and cremation to take place on Wednesday April 8th in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 12 noon. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to The Alzheimer's Society, a collection box shall be available after the service.
