In Portuguese, there’s a word that doesn’t have a direct translation, but it perfectly captures a feeling we all know too well right now. It’s called "Saudade". A bittersweet longing for someone you’ve lost, mixed with the warmth of the love and memories they’ve left behind.

That’s what Lisa will leave behind for all of us: Saudade. She will be missed more than words can say, but we’ll also carry her in our hearts forever. Her kindness, her laughter, and the way she made us all feel seen and loved will never fade. While Lisa's no longer here with us physically, her love, and the memories we shared will stay with us always.

Rest in peace, Lisa. You will forever be loved x

Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard but always near,
Still loved, still missed, and held so dear.

Until we meet again, love always Sally xx

So very sorry to hear this. Whilst not knowing Lisa as well as some I had the pleasure of working with her at Court, often referred to as ‘the good old days’. It was difficult at times but the team we had made it work. Lisa and I had a shared passion for animals which we often spoke about when we should have been discussing the days work. Taken far too soon. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends. Vicky 🐾
