In memory of a very lovely fun lady who always made me laugh with her brilliant sense of humour

Hazel took me under her wings 55 years ago in Italy when I was an 'innocent abroad'. We laughed, we cried, we had adventurers and most importantly we cared for each other. I an going to miss her more than words can say.

Dear Hazel … it was a lovely day when she came into our family’s lives 60 years ago and who remained a lovely friend. Always laughing and so kind, rest in peace … Dee (Maple)

In Memory of a dear family friend to us both - From Bron Carson and Jane( Kilsby)Maple

Hazel came into our family some 60 years ago. She took up an administrative post as a secretary to my father at Blundells school Tiverton, Devon. Although only there for a few years, she became a firm family friend.
To me she was one of life's loveliest people. She was funny, bright kindly and had a great attachment to her sisters and their families. She was one of a kind, and I feel blessed to have known her all this time.
