Jennifer LynneWILSON(Professor, Musician, Author, Archivist, Historian) Suddenly on Sunday 8th May 2023, Jen of Sketty, devoted wife of Mike, beloved mother of Rhydderch, Meredydd and Anwen. Adored gran to Marty, proud sister to the late John Evans. Jen will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. "Do not go gentle into that good night" Funeral Service on Thursday 1st June, 11:00am at Swansea Crematorium. As the guitar player in the original Jazz Senators (circa 1958) I first met Jen at the regular Saturday afternoon rehearsals where Jen and "Ma" brought in tea and home cooked cakes to nourish us jazz enthusiasts. Ever since through marriages and children , subsequently grandchildren, as we lived in Canada and New Zealand, Jen and I have kept in touch. First in letters, subsequently emails. She was the connection between our families the Glass and Evans/ Wilson family. I am desolate. Steve Glass
