Passed away at the Countess of Chester on Saturday, 22nd November 2025, aged 54 years.
Loving dad, son and brother. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation at Chester Crematorium on Tuesday, 16th December 2025 at 2:40pm.
Family flowers only please but donations may be given in Jan's memory to the Cardiology Department at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
