Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 72 years, of Queens Road, Greenfield, formerly of Fulbrooke.
Beloved husband of the late Ann, dear father of Joanne, Martin, Keith and Daniel, fond father-in-law of Karl, Emma and Siân, proud grandad of Kyle, Isaac, Sonny, Evan and Ruby and much loved brother of Kevin, Ann and the late Macca, Jeff, Denise and Bernie. Philip will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Greenfield on Friday, 10th July at 10:30am, followed by interment at Greenfield New Cemetery.
No flowers please, but donations in memory of Philip will be gratefully received towards Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis via the offertory plates at Church.
