Much loved husband of the late Ivy,
loving dad of Julie, Helen and the late Ann and Ken.
Beloved father-in-law of David, cherished grandad, great-grandad and great-great-grandad.
Tom will be deeply and sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.

A private cremation will take place.
