Granddaughter to the late Nellie and Eric. Niece to Phillip, Bev, Steve, Deryl, Andrew, Cie, Jennifer and Fay. She will be sadly missed by all. Grateful thanks to all the carers who looked after Jayne. Funeral Friday July 26th, 2019. Service at St Mary's Church, Dolgarrog at 12:00pm followed by Committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 1:30pm.
