We would like to say thank you to The Reverand Jason Ankers for such a wonderful service also to Maskell & Uden for all their help at such a sad time and for the Memory Album which will be treasured, we would also like to thank everyone in ITU at Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital who took such great care of David until his sad parting and to everyone who sent cards and for all their kind words, he had such a large group of caring family, friends and acquaintances.
