AnneWILLIAMSWe wish to thank all the loving Family, Friends and Neighbours who attended Anne's funeral on May 15th, 2014, also for all the kind wishes and the memories that we shared. The cards of condolence have been placed in her memory box. We would like to say thank you to all the Staff of Ward 4 at Leighton Hospital for their loving care of Anne, and thank you for the gentle care given to Anne by all the Staff of Hollymere House in Haslington. Thank you also for a lovely heartfelt service given by Father Jerome and his Staff. Thank you to Jo and everyone from Griffiths & Booth Funeral Services for the kind help and support given at this sad time. Anne would have been smiling about the generous donations that were made, these have been sent to NSPCC & Arthritis Care in her memory. "A butterfly is always there to lift a heart and soul"
