JohnWILKINSON SHIRLEYand family would like to sincerely thank all relatives and friends for the kindness and sympathy shown to them following their recent bereavement, also for the many cards and letters of condolence, floral tributes and donations to the Alzheimer's Society. Thanks to the Rev. Stephen Liddle for conducting such a warm and comforting service and to David Lunn and staff of Co-operative Funeral Service, Billingham for their kind help and understanding whilst making the funeral arrangements. Lastly, we would like to thank June and her staff at Briardene, Southview Care Home, Billingham for the loving care and attention given to Shirley in the years she was with them.
