DavidWHITBY(Dave) Sadly passed away on Friday 8th November 2013, aged 65 years. Much loved and greatly missed by his Wife Maureen, Son Rob, Daughter Jenny and her Husband Phill, his Grandchildren, Family and friends. Funeral service at Streetly Crematorium on Wednesday 20th November at 1.30pm.
