Yvonne ChristineWHELANPassed away at Queen's Hospital Burton, on Sunday 11th May 2025, aged 78 years.

Loving sister to the late Royston and sister-in-law to Evelyn. Much loved aunty to Declan, Rebecca and Claire. Special granty to Niall, Conor and Ciaran. Yvonne will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A funeral service for Yvonne will be held at St Joseph The Worker RC Church, on Friday 30th May, at 1:30pm, followed by a committal at Bretby Crematorium, in the Willow Room.

Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Yvonne may be placed in the collection box at the service for Burton Rugby Football Club.

I am so going to miss our times together and the numerous bottles of wine and nibbles! The girls will never be the same - one less YW in the group - only 2 of us now and SL.
