Peacefully at home on the 4th January 2026 surrounded by his family. Ernie, a devoted husband of Julie. Adored father of Nathan, Emma and Nicholas. Much loved father in-law to Kayleigh, Tj and Lily. The best grampy to Cameron, Tia, Livvy, Polly, Roman, Lois, Frankie and Baby Wheadon.
Resting at Pidgeons Funeral Home, Canton until Friday 30th January 2026 where he will be brought home until the service on Saturday 31st January 2026 at 11.00am at St Marys Church, Wenvoe, followed by interment at St Marys Churchyard.
Floral tributes may be sent to the Funeral Home or donations to the City Hospice Cardiff at the service.
