Very special Great Grandma to Jack, Nora, Louie and Laiyla.
Funeral service to be held at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium, Small Chapel on Wednesday 17th January at 1pm and afterwards at the Avenue Pub, family flowers only please, donations to be left for Ward 29 Castle Hill Hospital who cared for mum with love and dignity
Mum you were loved beyond words by us all, our hearts are broken, sleep peacefully now, we will love you forever xx
