JamesWELCHPassed away peacefully on Saturday 28th December 2024 in Perth Royal Infirmary. A good friend to Heather, much loved dad to Colin and Angie, devoted grandad to Cameron and Kirsten, great grandad to Halle, a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a good friend to many. A celebration of James’s life will be held at Perth Crematorium on Wednesday 15th January 2025 at
1:30 p.m. to which all are welcome to attend. If so desired, a collection will be taken on leaving the crematorium for P.A.D.S in James’s memory.
