AnneWARDLEIt is with great sadness, the family of Anne aged 70 years of Macclesfield, announce her sudden passing at home on Saturday 23rd September 2023. Dearly loved wife of the late Brian, loving mum of Barry, Jackie and Anthony and step mum of Scott and Lorraine, much loved nannie of Coral, Ruby, George, Maisie and Eddie, loving sister of John, Robert and the late Ronald, Peter and Daniel and a treasured auntie who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

The funeral will take place on Friday 20th October 2023 with a Service of Thanksgiving in The United Reformed Church, Park Green, Macclesfield at 10.45am followed by interment in Macclesfield Cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations if desired maybe sent for The British Heart Foundation.

Ann as you and Brian are laid to rest tomorrow we will be thinking of Barry Jacquline and Anthony and families. You were a remarkable lady and always made us feel welcome.. we were heartbroken 💔 to hear of your passing.. so spread a bit of your sparkle ✨️ in heaven and shine like the star that you were.

I’ve been wanting to write something all week but totally stumped in what to say.. Aunty Anne you were a wonderful part of my life and I have so many treasured memories over the past 50 years, you were a strong lady and always there for me in my times of need. I didn’t always like your advice at the time, probably because you were right eeeek! I suppose we all take for granted time, we never get it back and wish I had told you before you left what you meant to me. I thank my uncle Eddie for bringing you into my life and blessing me with Jackie, Anthony & Barry. Together we will look after each other the way you were always there for us. Rest in Peace and know I loved you from the bottom of my heart. Until we meet again 💔
