Beloved Mum to Peter, Joanne, David and Erin, loving Nanny to Lauren, Luke, Jaden, Jasmine, Lucy and James. Lilly will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Colwyn Bay on Friday 22nd December at 10am followed by committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium.
