Dad, I can't believe I'm writing this as it still just doesn't seem real. When I think of you, I see you as you were, larger than life, having the best time, making everyone laugh and belting out all those songs you loved.
Thank you for everything you done for us, Thank you for the laughs and Thank you for all the amazing memories you have given us.
I'm so happy Archie got know you and ill make sure he grows up knowing all about his Grandad Jack, the funny stories...everything.
You're going to be missed massively by so many people and that just shows what a great bloke you were, I have always been so proud of you, I thought you were the coolest, Dad, man...whenever I see a cloud with a silver lining, I'll know your having a good time wherever you are!!
Love and miss you so much,
So-Long, Dad

Dad.. As I lie here unable to sleep again.. tears rolling down my face.. My heart breaking as loads of memories fly through my head.. Wow I have never felt a knock like this.
We always had that close bond.. I knew when you were hurting and you knew when was too. We were always there for each other.. Weekends out with the family.. Thats what you loved and your happiness showed.. But our bond never broke. Even though I didn't see much of you in the later years.. due to moving away and work commitments and other things that stopped me coming to see you regular.. We always knew that bond was still there and no-one could ever have broken that no matter how hard they tried. But by god dad this has really broken me.
Those last few days when I came to see you I could see in your eyes just how much you loved us all and the smile on your face when we were visiting you just said everything I needed to know.
God I miss you and I wish I could go back a few month and not worry about other people.. I would never have let them keep us apart as I did.
But I know you know and that is all that matters.. See you soon Dad and hopefully dance together again 😢
