BrianWAKEFIELDPassed away at Worcester Royal, on 1st October 2022, aged 89 years, Brian was born in Birmingham, and was a long serving Fire Officer for the West Midlands Fire Service, and before that served in the RAF. He was happily retired in Birmingham and latterly Malvern, during which time he supported the National Association of Retired Firefighters. Brian was a keen hill walker and member of the Fire Brigade walking club. He was a regular on their annual 'Shropshire Six' walk and completed many walks and mountain ascents in the UK. Devoted husband to Pat, father of two, he will be sorely missed. A funeral service will be held on 26th October, 11am at the Vale Crematorium.
