PeggyWAINIt is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Peggy Wain, who died at Redcoat Residential Home on the 10th January 2026.
A cherished wife of the Late Norman, much loved mum to Michael, Julie and Cindy.
A deeply loved grandma to Jenny, Chris, Hannah, Chelsea and Domonic, a great grandmother and aunty, a sister to 3 late brothers, and many friends and neighbours. Peggy will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
A service to celebrate Peggy's life will take place at Lea Fields Crematorium on Friday 13th February 2026 at 11.30am followed by a wake at Hickman Hill Hotel, Gainsborough, DN21 1HH.
Family flowers only by request, however donations in lieu will be put to the benefit of Alzheimer's UK, which can be left with the funeral director after the service.
