Phyllis EileenWADSWORTHIt is with great sadness we must announce Phyllis Eileen Wadsworth passed away on Saturday 14th November 2015. In celebration of her life, there will be a cremation service held at Hanworth Crematorium on Wednesday 2nd December 2015. The ceremony will take place in the Ogden Chapel and commences from 1440hrs. Born Phyllis Eileen Winslade on 6th May 1934, "Phyll" lived in Staines Middlesex for all of her life. Phyllis was beloved Mother to Lynn and Simon and is preceded in death by her parents Sydney and Dorothy Winslade, her first husband Eric Laurie Baker and second husband Malcolm Lawrence Wadsworth. It goes without saying Phyllis will be missed tremendously by family and friends. The family wish to extend their sincere thanks to staff at St. Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, for their care and support during her last days.
