TrevorTYMANTYMAN - TREVOR April 18th 2007. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. It's a lonely life without you, nothing can be the same, all we have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your resting place we visit and flowers placed with care, but no one knows the heartache as we turn and leave you there. Loving wife Marion, daughter Sally and Nick and all his loving family.

In loving memory of my deeply respected Engineering Lecturer who guided me as a naive student and suggested that I become an Engineering Lecturer in Technical Colleges back in 1986, which was initiated the following year after achieving the requisite entry level qualification (HNC, under the tutorship of Trevor's colleague John Bolger, at People's College, Nottm.) for teacher training, which subsequently led to me being awarded Cert.Ed qualification.

I am deeply sorry I did not look up Trevor and his wife Marion before now, having just retired at 65 myself - just wish I could have said "Thank You. Thank you for having the wisdom to see my potential when many did not". It has been a turbulent journey since leaving People's College and my then-senior "friend" Trevor.
I think about your guidance many times Trevor, eternal respect, I salute you. R.I.P
