We were so fortunate to have John's friendship down the many years. He was a gracious and generous host, a good listener and the possessor of a sparkling sense of humour.

So sad to hear of your Dad's passing, he was an amazing friend to my Mum, Dad and family
My Dad told me so many stories of when they grew up together. From the family of "John up the road" his kindness and friendship will be sorely missed

Rest in peace uncle John. I'll miss your wise words and warm heart. Nothing was ever too much and you had so much pride in everything you did. Always a smile and a cheeky grin never a dull moment. You helped everybody you got the pleasure of knowing. A true gentleman with a heart of gold that had so much love for his family. He was so proud of each and every one of you. Will miss you dearly. xxxxx 🕊 ♥
