Dearly loved by Sally, Emily, Mark, Collette, Stefan, Alex, Seth, KK, Isaac, Albie and Oskar.

Funeral service to take place at St. Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd January at 11.45am.
