Alan JohnTILLEYThe death has occurred of 'Ogmore', Alan John Tilley, Sandymount Avenue, Dublin and formerly of Ogmore Vale, Bridgend, Wales, on the 11th September 2025 peacefully surrounded by his family in the kind care of the staff of Our Lady's Hospice, Blackrock.
Beloved husband of Charlie (Fawsitt). Greatly missed by his children, Julie (Muir), Thea, Joanna, Jack, sons-in-law Cameron Muir and Conor Mulvagh, daughter-in-law Anna Seo, grandchildren Solas and Lucy, his in-laws and wide circle of friends and colleagues from Lansdowne Tennis Club, the Dublin Welsh Male Voice Choir, TCM Controls and beyond. Predeceased by his parents, Jack and Doris (nee Hurford) Tilley. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at home in Sandymount on the 18th of September from 6.00PM to 8.30PM for extended family. A service of celebration of his life takes place on Friday 19th September 2025 at 2.30PM in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin.
