Tom passed away peacefully in hospital on 28th September aged 72 years.

Beloved husband of Sheelagh, Loving Dad of Mark, Father in law of Donna and a much loved Brother, Grandad, Uncle, Brother in law and Friend.

Friends please meet for service at the West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Thursday 16th October at 11.45am.

Family flowers only please, Donations in lieu, if desired to Teenage Cancer Trust at the Freeman Hospital.
