Much loved brother of Hilary and loving uncle of James and Samantha.

Funeral service to be held on Friday 10th April at St Paul's Chapel, Exeter Crematorium at 1.00pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in Richard's memory to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) may be given at the service.
