Dad, it has been 11 days since you left us and I still can't believe you are gone. My heart yearns to see you, to kiss your cheek, hold your hand and see that cheeky smile once again. It feels like a piece of me is missing, gone forever, never to be replaced or fixed. I do hope you are at peace, reunited with your loved ones in heaven. It gives me great comfort believing you are back with your mum & dad and all those who you loved and lost in life.
Not a day goes by that I don't think of you, shred a tear and talk to you. This is something I will never stop doing. I love and miss you so much dad, you were my best friend, my hero, my rock and a piece of my heart left with you on the day you left us. I will cherish the time we had and all those wonderful memories. Forever in my heart 💙
