LewisTHOMASLewis Thomas, of Lacey Court, passed away on May 18, aged 88. Loving husband of the late Joyce Thomas, he was a father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great, great-grandfather of which he was very proud. An ex-Navy man, Lewis spent his spare time building and sailing model boats. He also enjoyed playing bingo and reading. Lewis’s funeral will be held at Accrington Crematorium on Monday, June 2, at 1.40pm, leaving from Pleasant Street beforehand. Donations in his memory are welcomed for Cancer Research.
