StephenTHOMASDerek Suddenly but peacefully on the 29th December 2017 at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital. Stephen aged 61 years. Very dearly loved and respected by all his family and friends and will be very sadly missed. The service is to take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 15th January 2018 at 12:20pm. Stephen is resting at Alexanders Funeral Care, Alexander House, 70 Carr Lane, Grimsby, DN32 8JP. Family flowers only please by request or if so desired donations in lieu made payable to Alzheimer's Society, 43-44 Crutched Friars, London, EC3N 2AE.
