HyldaSYMESSadly passed away on 5th December, 2025. At the great age of 97.

There are no words that can express how much Hylda will be missed by all who knew her. THE most wonderful Mum to Lorelei and Giselle. Loved and respected Grandmother to Aran and Kieran. Auntie to Louise, Stephen and David. Very good friend to so many.

Hylda had the most amazing smile and love for life that will be very much missed by all who met her. Hylda is hopefully dancing in the sky with Frank, her beloved husband of 72 years.

Funeral service to take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, Oak Chapel at 12noon on Thursday 8th January 2026.

No flowers, but Hylda loved watching the birds in her garden, so RSPB is the chosen charity if you would like to give online at www.masonandstokes.co.uk or send c/o Mason & Stokes, 54 Hewlett Road, Cheltenham, GL52 6AH

A joy to have known you over the last three years. I will cherish the stories shared and remain in awe of a wonderfully lived 97 years. May you now tiptoe through the tulips, remembered and cherished always.
