Helen, Mared, Robin and the rest of the family wish to offer their heartfelt gratitude for the sympathy and kindness shown towards them in their loss of a very special husband, father and taid. Thank you to everyone who travelled from near and far to celebrate Graeme's life and for all the phone calls, visits, many cards, and the generous donations to Llanberis and Deiniolen Surgery and Padarn Ward, Ysbyty Eryri. A special thank you to Reverend John Pritchard, Reverend Trefor Lewis, Reverend Selwyn Griffiths and the organist, Gareth Jones, for their touching service, and Meinir from Dylan Griffith Funeral Director, for her personal and caring arrangements.
