Hazel JoySTRONGEN?e Leavesley Passed away 30th July 2017 The family of the late Hazel Stronge, wish to extend their sincere thanks for your many kindnesses and for the condolences and support that they have received. Thank you to all relatives and friends for attending Hazel's funeral. A special thank you to the Staff of Ward 21, Acute Frailty Unit, UHCW where Hazel passed away so peacefully. They send their gratitude and appreciation to the Staff of Abbey Park Nursing Home for the wonderful care and friendship during Hazel's time with them. Thank you to Reverend Glyn Shipton for his kind support and beautiful service.
