BeverleySTRINGERPeacefully passed away after a long illness which he faced with courage and dignity in the wonderful care of the staff at Doddlespool Hall Care Home and with Jane and Simon at his side on 3rd August 2023. Bev, aged 85 years of The Westlands, Newcastle. Adored and devoted husband of the late Joy, loved and loving dad and very proud Grandpa to Katie, Chloe, Sophie and Lucy and Great-Grandpa to Florence, Gwilym and Elsie. Also a respected brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Architect, music lover, railway enthusiast and an expert on Newcastle-under-Lyme station. Bev will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends. A private cremation will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St John's Church, Keele on Tuesday 29th August at 11.15am. Anyone wishing to attend kindly meet at the Church. No flowers at the request of the family but donations if desired in memory of Bev will be shared between Myeloma UK and St John's Church, Keele.
