John EdwinSTOKESIt is with great sadness the family of John Edwin Stokes announces his passing at the age of 89 after a long illness. John passed away peacefully at home in King's Heath and will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years, Pauline, his daughters Diana and Angela, his four grandchildren Robert, Matthew, Daniel and Ceri, and his sister Mary. John was the Managing Director of Wythall Builders Supplies, was a lifelong member of the Loyal Caledonian Corks, and enjoyed outdoor pursuits and boating with his many friends, near and far. The funeral service will be held at Robin Hood Crematorium at 11.30am on Wednesday 1st March 2023. All are welcome to attend. Family flowers only. Please make any charitable donations in memory of John to his favourite charities: RNLI rnli.org/ or Cancer Research UK www.cancerresearchuk.org/
