SusanSTOCKSAfter a long illness Susan passed away on 20th September, whilst in the care of the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, aged 78 years.
A loving wife of Terry, a much loved mum of Linda and Richard, mother-in-law of Amanda, loving nannie of Holly and husband Chris, Liam and partner Emma, Bethan and partner Luke, Niall, Shay and Kian, great nannie of Ellia and Theo.
A service will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 25th October at 1.30pm.
