Funeral service and cremation at Crewe Crematorium on Friday 22nd November, 2013 at 12 noon. Flowers by choice, donations, if desired, to The Asthma Association. To a very special person


I have never been more sorry to hear you are no longer with us. You were always such a special person and you helped and supported me through all the difficult times of my life, I just wish I'd been there more for you. I will be forever grateful for knowing you and I will always miss you. Sleep well David xx
