passed away on 30th June.
He is deeply loved and will live on in our hearts forever.
A laying to rest of David's Ashes will be held at Burvale Cemetery (Burwood Road, Hersham, KT12 4AR) on Thursday 13th August at 13:00
Please note that visitor parking is located via the cemetery car park entrance on Turners Lane (KT12 4AW).
