JoanSTEGGALLPassed away at home aged 99 years. She was much loved and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Service to celebrate her life is at Herne Bay Crematorium on Thursday 19th February at 11.00am.
Her son Andy has these words about the charity:
Thank you for considering a donation to the charity "Gift of Sight". Mum suffered from AMD - Age Related Macular Degeneration. The injections Mum received, which saved her sight, stemmed from the work of a Southampton Professor. Our family too has had a long standing link to Prof Andrew Lotery and his work; who receives much needed funding through this charity for his research work.
