JohnSTARBUCKSheila would like to thank most sincerely all family, friends and neighbours for the lovely cards and warm messages (of which there were many), also all those who attended John's funeral. The collection for Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance raised £455. Again many thanks. My special thanks go to Craig, Peter, Andrea, Janet and Elaine also Jane and Karl, I don't know how I would have managed without you. Thank you also to all St Catherine's staff who gave care and kindness to John in bucket loads, all medical staff who attended John, Mel Smith and Richard Sayer for all your help with the funeral.
