Funeral service to be held at All Saints Church, Steeple Row, Loughborough on 24th April at 9:30am. Followed by the committal at Loughborough Crematorium at 10:15am. There will be a celebration of Phils life after at Charnwood Bowls Club, Loughborough for those who knew him.
