Patrick JohnSPIVEYPat Passed away at the RD&E Hospital on 19th November 2021, aged 77 years. Dearest husband and best friend of Shirley. Much loved dad of Paul & Amanda and adored grandad of Zach, Beau and Bree. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at St Peter's Chapel, Exeter Crematorium on Wednesday 8th December at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations to Prostate Cancer and Epilepsy Action may be given at the service or online via their websites. Co-op Funeralcare, 119 Cowick Street Exeter EX4 1JD
